Registration

  • Eligibility - Airline representatives and for students and faculty members of recognized academic institutions
  • Eligibility - Restricted to only employees of the host airline
  • Eligibility: Full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. Employees must not work for a subsidiary, affiliate, associate, division or other entity that markets products or services to the airline industry
  • Eligibility - Anyone employed by a company (or subsidiary, affiliate or division) that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products or professional services (including any form of consulting, strategy, integration, implementation, or support) to the airline industry

Join us for AGIFORS Airline Operations 2018 which has been scheduled for 21-24 May 2018 at the Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort Honolulu (Hawaii).  This year's conference is being organized in conjunction with AGIFORS SSP study group and graciously hosted by Hawaiian Airlines.


Major topics to be discussed and reviewed relate to aircraft maintenance, airport systems, aviation security, operations control, dependability, robust scheduling, tactical planning, ground resource management, and air traffic management.


Come and share with us your ideas, thoughts, current trends, philosophies, and latest technological advances on any of the above topics. We look forward to seeing you in May in Waikiki!


Conference Overview

Conference Registration

The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda (*delegate registration only).  Registrations received after 15th April 2018 will be higher, and registrations after 1st May 2018 will be considered late and will incur an additional 100 USD late fee, with no exceptions. Any cancellation requests before 1st May 2018 will be subject to a 100 USD service fee per person, after this date the cancellation fee will be 150 USD per person to cover the incurred expenses.


Hotel Reservations

A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort for the conference. Reservations must be made via our dedicated website by 15 April 2018 to receive the specially negotiated rate of 160 USD for single/double occupancy (inclusive of wifi access, exclusive of service fees and taxes).  A discounted resort fee of 15 USD (vs 37 USD) will be applied at check-in.
