Common questions and answers for Sponsors

The policy of AGIFORS for all their meetings are to have the registration fee for Airline staff and Academics as low as possible. The philosophy behind this is that academics are likely to enter new lines of thought into our field, and having a strong presence by airlines brings great value to both the vendors and the airlines. It would therefore be great if your organization could this year be one of our sponsors!  For the symposium, we are offering three sponsorship levels:

Sponsors will get a 5 to 15 minute sponsor presentation within the main program (first come, first served) and their logo will be posted on this website and on all communications.  Gold and Platinum sponsorships come with a booth/table for displaying materials and networking with participants.

•            Platinum (USD 5000): right to have a booth, 15 minutes sponsor talk, premium choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among selections)

•            Gold (USD 3000): right to have a booth, 10 minutes sponsor talk, secondary choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among selections)

•            Silver (USD 2000): 5 minutes sponsor talk, third choice of sponsored events (first come, first choice among selections).

Please contact Zeliha Akca, our sponsorship coordinator at sponsorship@agifors.org for additional information and to secure a sponsorship slot.

Prepare for Security at the Conference Facility

The building where the venue is located is a public building. The venue is on the 6th floor, which is private.

Due to security regulations for events in France, a bag check will be required outside the elevators on the 6th floor. These security regulations prevent exhibitors from shipping their materials directly to the venue.  Exhibitors are also not allowed to checking in with their exhibition materials during rush hours.

Exhibitors should get material delivered at their hotel and potentially take a cab with their material to the venue.

Exhibitors should plan to arrive very early on Monday morning to clear security and set up their exhibition materials before the conference begins.  If needed, set-up can occur after the check-in rush hour.
